Example Weekly Delivery Schedule
Our model is structured to maximize both learning and operational efficiency:
Monday (Afternoon)
- Trainer preparation and site orientation
Tuesday – Thursday
- Three identical sessions per day to accommodate all shifts
- Typical times: 7:00 AM, 10:00 AM, and 4:00 PM (Session times are fully customized to your operation)
Friday (Morning)
- Debrief and feedback sessions with sponsors and select participants
