We provide custom training solutions that shape frontline workers into exceptional leaders

Frontline leaders may comprise 50 to 60% of an organization’s management team and supervise up to 80% of the workforce. Double E Workplace Solutions helps frontline leaders by providing them with tools and concepts that reduce team conflict, improve team performance, and enable employee engagement.

Courses are designed to equip current supervisors, emerging leaders, and influential employees with the tools to lead themselves and others effectively.

In addition to the participants, we support HR departments and can install an on-demand and structured shop floor leadership training program in less than three months.

We deliver single and multi-day leadership training sessions in-person or virtually.

Most companies have a formal leadership training program for salaried leaders, but not hourly/shop floor leaders. This is our specialty!

We provide coaching and support post-training via an app that keeps us in touch with the cohort for up to 90 days. This intends to ensure that the participants are applying the concepts. Tasks in the app can be customized to a client’s needs.

The financial ROI primarily comes from mitigating various disengagement costs. On the other hand, non- financial ROI derives from enabling personal and team accountability, knowledge transfer between critical employees, team collaboration and integration, and a sense of personal value and inclusion.

Each training session is designed to accommodate 16-24 employees. This
ensures an active learning environment where each participant receives
adequate attention.
