Karen spent 30 years in engineering, human resources, and manufacturing of a global fortune 100 company.  She started her career as a Process Development Engineer and throughout her career had many opportunities to recruit, coach and mentor new employees.  Over time, she discovered a strong passion for learning and for developing employees, receiving a tremendous amount of satisfaction when seeing someone’s career bloom, a new opportunity open for them, or improved performance as a result of what she was able to provide them.  Some highlights of her career include serving in the following roles:

Michael has 30 years of experience in supply chain, leadership and operations. Specializing in warehouse operations, inventory control and sustainability, he is now a supply chain consultant and content creator. Passionate about improving operations, setting goals and achieving them, Michael provides insight and advice to businesses of all sizes. Michael holds an MBA from Regent University in Organizational Leadership and a BA from Arizona State University in Global Business/Marketing. When he’s not consulting or writing, you can find him spending time with his family or exploring the great outdoors.
