About us

We help our clients achieve their desired state

Our Mission

To empower today’s production leaders by providing behavior-based, customizable, and cost-effective coaching and training solutions to the front-line managers and employees in the manufacturing industry that will allow businesses to optimize their organizational effectiveness to reach the production goals.

How Double E got started

In May of 2017, Ed Egan attended a training session. Early in the session, he realized he had been taught the concepts before and questioned why he was attending. At another table, a group had just inherited a business from their father. That group had never heard or seen the presented content and were embarking on their journey as business owners with minimal guidance. As Ed spoke with that group of new business owners, he concluded that his skills and knowledge could help those in need of training and skill development. Today, Ed brings his skills, knowledge, and passion helping others improve the efficiency of their workplace.

How we engage

Business owners work with us to improve the way that work gets done in their organization. This could be related to the assignment of tasks, the way training is created and delivered, or just working to streamline the execution of existing process and procedures.

We respect the current state, identify the desired state and develop leaders, employees, and teams to help achieve that state.

Our clients engage us at multiple points.

  • When starting a business and looking to install the proper processes and behavior expectations from the start.
  • When there is a need to bring the team together to accomplish a common goal.
  • When looking to take their existing processes to the next level without having to spend a lot of money.

How we deploy

  • Keeps your cost to a minimum as you can utilize group rates
